WEB DESIGN TIPS
Tip1. Because you can view the HTML source for any page on the World Wide Web, looking at the source of pages you like is a great way to get design ideas and learn more about HTML.
Tip2. You can create multiple sites within one main site folder by naming all the home pages in their respective site folders the same file name (such as index.htm).
Tip3. If you use black and white or one-color images on your pages, they download faster.
Tip4. Bylines and the email address of the Web page author are usually placed at the bottom of the Web page, separate from other text.
Tip5. Tables are more useful for presenting text in multiple columns.
Tip6. In a real Web site, you might consider naming your home page index.htm because many Internet service providers require this name for home pages.
